K44 Christmas Mountain is located in Bartlett, NH just 10minutes north of North Conway. The completely renovated condo is 1800 sqft and sleeps 8. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms with 50in TV's and a large loft with a king size bed, 2 bunk beds, and a pullout sofa. During your stay you will have complete access to the Christmas Mountain Club and their amenities which is a short walk from the condo. The club offers an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, sauna, library, racquetball court, pickleball courts, and a fully equipped gym. (membership allows 6 people)
The condo has amazing Panoramic Views of Mount Washington and Presidential Range.

"K44 Christmas mountain is beautiful! the view is amazing, offering panoramic views from Attitash mountain to Mount Washington. The condo is nicely decorated, kitchen has everything you could possibly need, condo is very clean, and is located in an ideal location close to numerous attractions. The condo is 1-2 minutes from Story Land, we were happy to be able to go back to the condo for lunch which made for a wonderful break in the day and allowed us to have an enjoyable less costly lunch.
We also had an amazing day tubing down the saco river. we used the 4 tubes in the condo and had a relaxing ride down the river, it was a great day.
